Provide legal and regulatory guidance across portfolio companies on FDA, FTC, and consumer protection matters. Review labels, marketing, websites, and product claims; support product development and launches; evaluate regulatory risks; respond to inquiries; train teams; monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance while balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
