Leads Magic Spoon’s communications and culture strategy across social, PR, earned media, influencers, affiliates, partnerships, and creative. Builds cultural relevance and brand buzz, manages PR agency relationships and creator ecosystems, develops engaging social programming, and leads a growing team. This player-coach role requires fast, creative decision-making and close collaboration with Brand, Growth, and Design to create culturally relevant campaigns that drive conversation and business results.

The role involves sourcing raw materials, managing supplier bids, optimizing costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product specifications and quality standards.

Design and execute on-brand creative across digital and physical channels, lead projects from concept to delivery, extend packaging redesign across consumer touchpoints, manage files/timelines, collaborate cross-functionally, support production and external partners, and prepare production-ready assets.
