Lead influencer and PR strategy across the Americas (focus on Spanish-speaking Latin America). Build and manage creator relationships, support launches and seeding, run outreach and list building, monitor performance, maintain inbox and operations, collaborate with global teams, and provide cultural insights to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Drive in-store sales and education for Huda Beauty within Sephora: train and coach retail sales associates, manage inventory and visual merchandising, execute events and masterclasses, meet regional sales goals, report performance, hire/manage freelance specialists, and collaborate with HQ on assortment and merchandising opportunities.
