Performs outsourced accounting activities for multiple clients, including reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, inventory, accruals, fixed assets, tax filings, 1099s, and financial statements. Maintains accounting records, supports month-end and year-end close, ensures reporting compliance, identifies risks, explains processes to clients, and collaborates with internal teams on projects and deadlines.

The Senior Wealth Advisor delivers personalized financial guidance, manages client relationships, develops wealth strategies, and contributes to business growth through identifying client opportunities.

Support advisors by building financial plans in eMoney, researching planning topics, preparing client meeting materials, rolling tax returns into Holistiplan for tax projections, and assisting with portfolio tasks including trading support and investment due diligence.

Participate in all phases of assurance engagements including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up. Perform compilations, reviews, and audits of financial statements; test revenue and expenses; audit cash, accounts payable, accrued liabilities, PP&E, and debt schedules.
