Supports a Federal customer by gathering and documenting requirements, assisting with testing and validation, performing ongoing operations and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with customer and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, organization, independence, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a technical environment. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and successful customer crossover are required.
