Leads platform validation, documentation, technology evaluation, and engineering mentorship.

Administer and configure Salesforce, including objects, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, integrations, and data management. Develop Power BI analytics, scorecards, and operational reporting. Support releases, sandbox refreshes, migrations, change controls, documentation, and system sustainment. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into enhancements, improve data quality, and recommend workflow and automation improvements across enterprise systems.
