The Senior Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with financial institutions, and position Bankjoy's digital solutions to meet client needs, driving new business and achieving sales targets.

Own a portfolio of community bank and credit union clients, drive product adoption and renewals, lead executive business reviews and onsite engagements, identify upsell opportunities, triage escalations, and collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Support to maximize client value and retention.

Lead and scale the implementation organization, hire and develop Implementation Managers, own delivery quality and go-live success, remove blockers, define playbooks, manage escalations, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
