Define target architectures, integrate SCAYLE with ERP/PIM/CRM/OMS/CMS, translate business requirements into technical specifications, validate REST API/webhook/event-driven integrations, and support cross-functional teams to resolve technical blockers.

Manage 5-10 enterprise customers as a technical advisor for platform usage, integrations, and architecture. Translate requirements into product features, drive adoption, coordinate escalations, lead QBRs and integration reviews, and monitor platform health and KPIs.
