The President, US will lead market entry, build partnerships, develop GTM strategies, and manage a team to drive revenue growth in the US market.

Provide legal ownership across GDPR/privacy, commercial contracts, cap table and corporate governance, and general compliance. Advise on data transfers, negotiate MSAs/SaaS/NDAs, manage cap table and subsidiary governance, support fundraising, and scale compliance frameworks across jurisdictions.
