Manage a portfolio of financial services clients, strengthen relationships, identify and qualify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, lead proposals and negotiations, and drive opportunities through close. Develop account plans, collaborate with commercial and sales operations teams, monitor industry and regulatory trends, and report on pipeline activity, revenue contributions, and client feedback.

Process investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers), maintain capital activity tracking and client reporting, complete AML requirements, prepare wire instructions, act as daily client operational contact, resolve queries/errors, support performance calculations, and participate in projects and ad-hoc tasks.
