Serves as the technical authority for the Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. Designs and develops Apex, Lightning, LWC, Flow, automation, integrations, and enterprise security solutions. Manage a payroll team to deliver accurate, on-time payroll per SLAs. Serve as payroll and systems subject matter expert, handle escalations and client communication, optimize workflows, ensure policy compliance, coach and develop staff, and support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.

Provide omni-channel customer support (phone, email, chat) for EP products. Troubleshoot client issues, document cases in Salesforce, create knowledge base articles, escalate bugs, and communicate with technical teams while maintaining client confidentiality.
