Manage lifecycle of work orders, purchase orders, and transfer orders in NetSuite; coordinate international freight and supplier shipments; maintain open order reports; build supplier relationships; identify and resolve supply issues; analyze ERP/WMS extracts to support on-hand, in-transit inventory and ensure timely material delivery.

Lead global product marketing for cosmetics: manage product roadmap and innovation pipeline, drive launches, analyze POS and NPD/Circana data, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee claims review and testing, support pricing and assortment, and create product messaging and launch materials to grow market share.

Own end-to-end demand forecasting for an assigned region, create SKU-level wholesale and retail forecasts, lead regional forecast reviews and new-product forecasting, manage forecast accuracy and S&OP alignment, partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams, maintain reporting and ad-hoc analysis, and support tool upgrades and process improvements using Oracle Planning Cloud.

Own and grow Hourglass’s marketplace business (primarily Amazon, plus TikTok Shop), driving profitable growth through catalog operations, content and merchandising, launches, advertising, inventory/FBA operations, agency management, reporting, and marketplace issue resolution while protecting luxury brand positioning.

Manage month-end close, intercompany accounting, taxes, leases, fixed assets, AP month-end tasks, reconciliations, audit support, internal controls, and special accounting projects for a consumer products business.
