The Marketing Manager leads integrated campaigns, brand initiatives, program launches, audience segmentation, lifecycle communications, media planning, CRM execution, and performance measurement. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages campaign timelines and reporting, supports e-commerce and merchandise strategy, and uses audience insights and analytics to improve engagement and conversion.
