Supports project managers throughout project planning and delivery by maintaining schedules, task lists, documentation, meeting records, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, risks, and status reports. Coordinates communication among clients, vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. The role requires entertainment or design-industry familiarity, strong organization and communication skills, occasional domestic and international travel, and flexibility for nights, weekends, or holidays. It is a remote, part-time position requiring 10–20 hours weekly.
