Manage and expand complex enterprise accounts for a SaaS product serving engineering and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include account planning, mapping stakeholders, identifying expansion and renewal opportunities, demonstrating technical solutions, building customer relationships, documenting activities in Salesforce, and partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success. The role involves strategic enterprise selling, revenue growth, and frequent customer and company-site travel.

Responsibilities include consultative discovery, solution selling, stakeholder relationship management, proposal development, negotiation, pipeline forecasting, account planning, expansions, and renewals. The role collaborates with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales Development teams and requires occasional travel to Newfoundland and other off-site locations.

Lead development of CoLab's simulation review capabilities: ingest and process industry-standard simulation data, build high-performance visualization for large datasets, collaborate with Product and customers, and define architecture and UX for a new Simulation product area.

Lead and coach the engineering team building AutoReview, an AI-powered mechanical design review product. Partner with Product on roadmap planning, feasibility, estimation, prioritization, and timelines. Maintain technical context to identify risks and dependencies, guide initiatives involving DFM checks, assembly analysis, and bulk workflows, and collaborate with applied ML teams. Establish clear ownership, support engineer autonomy, and help the team navigate evolving customer needs and AI technologies.

Embed with enterprise customers to solve mechanical engineering data, integration, and workflow challenges across PLM, ERP, QMS, and design systems. Implement AI-enabled CoLab workflows, validate AI-generated engineering results, identify product gaps, and develop scalable documentation and playbooks. Partner with technical program managers, software engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders to lead technical projects and improve engineering decision-making.

Build and maintain integrations connecting CoLab to CAD, PLM, and enterprise systems. Design and implement desktop and web capabilities, troubleshoot PLM/CAD workflows, collaborate with Product and Customer Success, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, reliable engineering lifecycle software.

Develop backend systems for 3D AutoReview, including geometry parsing, model analysis, quality detection, rule systems, scalable APIs, and AI-assisted review workflows. Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and machine learning teams to deliver production features. Build extensible systems for custom 3D rules and reference data while experimenting with CAD, machine learning, and large language model technologies.

Lead post-sale customer journey for enterprise accounts to drive product adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes. Develop and execute success plans, run executive reviews, remove adoption blockers, coordinate cross-functional teams, enable technical onboarding, and support renewal and expansion. Prioritize in-person engagement and travel to build strategic relationships and scale CS programs.

Serve as trusted advisor for global enterprise customers, lead post-sale adoption and success planning, drive retention and expansion, manage executive engagement and business reviews, mitigate risks, collaborate with Sales and Customer Engineering, use adoption data to measure ROI, and prioritize in-person customer engagement and travel up to 25%.

Design and run a scalable customer education program (CoLab Academy) to accelerate time-to-value, build onboarding and certification content, implement an LMS, measure impact on adoption and renewals, and enable CSMs and GTM teams through cross-functional collaboration.
