Identify and prioritize independent dermatology practices, build relationships with physician owners and referral sources, conduct outbound outreach, qualify acquisition opportunities, maintain prospect records, and present vetted opportunities to the Business Development team.

Provide administrative support to a C-level executive and manage projects and ad-hoc initiatives. Duties include scheduling, email and calendar management, stakeholder communication, travel arrangements, report preparation, research, and occasional personal assistant tasks. Maintain critical information and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Lead and coach a small recruiting team while managing a personal portfolio of high-priority dermatology and APP searches. Source candidates through cold outreach and social media, partner with operations and practice leaders to close hires, develop creative sourcing strategies, and report pipeline and market insights to leadership.
