Plan, direct, and implement HSE and Quality programs; monitor regulatory compliance; maintain metrics and reporting; conduct risk assessments, inspections and audits; investigate incidents and near-misses; drive corrective actions; coach and train employees and leadership to ensure a safe, incident-free workplace.

Lead execution of capital equipment projects from PO through installation and warranty. Manage customer relationships, change orders, budgets, risk, forecasts, procurement, and cross-functional teams for packaging equipment projects, with up to 30% domestic/international travel.
