Support Project Managers with planning, budgeting, reporting, PO creation, SAP material follow-up, supplier contractual follow-up, and deployment of Smartsheet and Fieldwire. Improve PM administrative processes and assist assembly team coordination.

Manage inbound/outbound deliveries, create shipments, monitor statuses, coordinate drivers and loaders, verify loading and documentation (CMR, delivery notes), perform scanning and recordkeeping, follow safety and 5S procedures, and handle related warehouse administrative tasks.

Produce assembly and fabrication drawings for racking systems using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor; prepare structural drawing sets, verify BOMs, coordinate design changes with engineers, support fabrication and installation, maintain drawing/version control, and improve drafting standards.

The Software Integration Manager leads integration of software systems for automated storage solutions, managing data interfaces and ensuring seamless performance and compliance.

Lead automation projects to implement bespoke storage systems, from sales handover to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
