The Sales Director independently creates and closes warehouse automation sales opportunities across the United States and Canada. Responsibilities include managing proposals, calculations, offers, integrator relationships, new partner development, trade show participation, focused marketing activities, forecasting, reporting, and supporting sold projects and change orders. The role requires material handling industry sales experience, proximity to a major airport, and approximately 50% travel, including occasional European travel.

Develops competitive technical and commercial proposals for automated warehouse storage solutions. Evaluates project feasibility, designs racking and material-handling configurations, performs throughput analyses, prepares schedules and calculations, supports customer and integrator meetings, and assists with transition to project execution. The role also manages design tools and coordinates bid reviews involving pricing, timelines, risks, liabilities, and compliance.

Serve as primary customer contact for order and shipment tracking. Support sales with order entry, acknowledgments, invoicing schedules, and cross-department coordination to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
