Lead complex avionics and embedded systems development programs from initiation through delivery and certification. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, metrics, quality systems, and cross-functional engineering teams. Serve as the primary customer and executive stakeholder interface, facilitate Agile and lean execution, support business development, and mentor junior managers.
