Owns engineering infrastructure for SSD firmware development, including scalable build systems, release pipelines, Git repository governance, Docker-based environments, and developer automation. Leads firmware release planning, branching strategies, toolchain upgrades, documentation, and continuous process improvement. Collaborates with firmware, hardware, ASIC, IT, and project teams to deliver reliable, reproducible builds and traceable releases.

Senior individual contributor leading AI adoption in firmware engineering: evaluate AI tech, prototype and scale LLM/agent systems, build AI-assisted CI/CD and IDE tooling, architect secure AI infrastructure, and drive upskilling and cross-functional partnerships to improve firmware quality and velocity.

Lead and execute tax operations including M&A due diligence and structuring, transfer pricing documentation and defense, audit response support, tax research and modeling, credits and incentives, SOX controls, and cross-functional coordination with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and external advisors.
