The HR Manager partners with business leaders across the Great Plains Business Unit to support employee relations, compliance, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and leadership development. The role manages HR processes across the employee lifecycle, uses workforce metrics to identify trends and risks, supports investigations, coaches managers, and improves HR operations in a high-volume, in-office environment.

Manages accounts receivable activities, including daily cash application, customer receivables review, payment resolution, collection communications, delinquency reduction, and invoice dispute resolution. The role collaborates with customers, field teams, management, and internal departments to accelerate collections and maintain accurate records. Additional responsibilities include customer relationship management, training, and special projects.

Processes high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable activities, including vendor invoices, expense reports, payment runs, statement reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and accounting entries. Provides vendor and internal customer support, assists with audits and recurring accounting deadlines, and maintains accurate documentation while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Represents and sells major traffic-control product lines, especially attenuators and Waterwall systems, across the West Division. Builds customer and vendor relationships, monitors market trends, supports product approvals, introduces products, resolves customer questions, provides training, and collaborates with product teams and Caltrans safety engineers. Requires highway construction or traffic-control knowledge and travel up to 50%.

The Inside Sales Representative coordinates traffic control setups, tracks projects in an ERP system, develops customer relationships, generates leads, follows up on accounts, reviews invoices, and supports equipment, rental, sign, and installation sales. The role also contributes to process improvement, production and billing accuracy, AFAD utilization, customer service, and business growth while collaborating across the organization.

The Accounting Manager oversees accounting operations, including financial close and reporting, GAAP compliance, reconciliations, journal entries, tax returns, audits, and financial policy adherence. The role partners with FP&A, supports ERP implementation, and manages accounting staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least five years of related experience, and two years managing others. CPA certification and experience with Great Plains, Microsoft D365, QuickBooks, TCR, or Visual Lease are preferred.

Handles full-cycle accounts payable and general accounting, including vendor invoice processing, payment runs, discrepancy resolution, account reconciliations, customer inquiries, audit support, and recurring monthly and quarterly close tasks. The role also serves as an AP contact for Great Plains sites, trains stakeholders, and ensures accurate, timely processing and documentation.
