The Amazon Marketplace Manager will drive sales on Amazon for Willow, manage P&L, execute strategies, optimize performance, and oversee promotional campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Lead end-to-end global demand planning and forecasting across channels and regions. Develop 18-month SKU-level forecasts, drive S&OP alignment, analyze forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias), identify risks/opportunities, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply, and Finance, and improve systems and processes.

Lead design assurance, risk management (FMEA/ISO 14971), and V&V activities for medical and consumer products. Maintain DHFs, support regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR, EU MDR, IEC standards), drive design transfer/manufacturing readiness, supplier quality, and continuous improvement of quality systems and SOPs.
