Provide operational People & Culture support for HRIS, integrations, data integrity, and employee lifecycle transactions. Troubleshoot systems, perform data reconciliation, support audits (including SOX), maintain SOPs, enable continuous improvement, and serve as a primary service desk contact for employees and managers.

Serve as primary finance contact for an assigned business area, owning budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. Advise leaders on financial performance, support strategic evaluations, ensure SOX-compliant controls, drive process improvements, and partner with Finance Systems on automation.
