Leads Revance’s enterprise business intelligence function, including the Power BI platform, BI development team, semantic layer, reporting standards, and self-service natural-language analytics. Partners with stakeholders and Data Engineering to deliver trusted, decision-ready insights. Oversees BI strategy, governance, data integrity, platform operations, project prioritization, and distributed team leadership while driving dashboard quality, adoption, and modernization.

Leads the strategy, support, administration, development, and roadmap for Revance’s enterprise application portfolio, including ERP, CRM, Salesforce, contact center, payment, training, and marketing platforms. Manages internal teams and external partners, oversees integrations, drives process improvement and AI automation, establishes ITIL and DevOps practices, improves adoption and change management, and delivers zero-incident operational excellence. Ensures compliance, business continuity, vendor performance, financial stewardship, and measurable business value.

Provides internal IT support by managing service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, VPN, remote access, client-server, and VoIP issues. Installs, maintains, upgrades, and inventories workstations and peripherals while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Requires strong communication, organization, analytical problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills. Provides after-hours support as needed and assists with IT projects.

Manage high-volume Concur expense audits, corporate card reconciliation, T&E inbox support, reporting/analysis, fraud and SOX audit support, and drive T&E process improvements and cost savings.

Hands-on manager who debugs production issues, enforces code quality and standards, manages vendor partnerships, hires and develops engineers, drives technical debt remediation, and owns platform reliability and cross-pod engineering consistency.
