Lead AI-assisted onboarding and validation experiences, define data contracts, manage integration roadmaps, and support technical partner implementations. Establish reliability, quality, scalability, and AI accuracy requirements while guiding build-versus-buy decisions. Serve as the subject matter expert for integration workflows and align engineering, partners, customers, and executives.

Own a portfolio of B2B employer customers, providing onboarding, implementation, ongoing support, relationship management, benefits administration guidance, and cross-functional issue resolution. Drive retention, customer value, upselling, and cross-selling while supporting high-volume enrollment periods. Use AI tools, automation, Jira, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce to improve customer experiences, workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Serve as the compliance SME for HSA, FSA, and HRA products: review marketing and customer content, lead compliance risk assessments (including AI tools), advise product and ops teams on transaction and regulatory issues, monitor regulatory changes, support escalations and audits, and recommend controls and remediation for identified risks.
