Supports renewable energy business development and M&A through project and acquisition financial modeling, valuation, PPA bidding, risk analysis, due diligence, transaction materials, and investment committee presentations. The role coordinates stakeholders during live transactions, supports project origination and financing, oversees acquired-asset integration, and maintains M&A tracking tools and processes across Western U.S. markets.

Sources goods and services, manages suppliers and inventory, negotiates contracts and purchase orders, evaluates bids, tracks supplier KPIs, ensures timely delivery, resolves payment and delivery issues, supports audits and supplier diversity, and maintains compliance with supply chain policies.

The Associate, Project Development manages renewable energy projects from siting to commissioning, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure project success.

Respond to community inquiries and collaborate with project development, operations, construction, and site teams.

The External Affairs Manager builds relationships with local governments, unions, businesses, advocacy groups, tribal governments, residents, and project stakeholders across the Western U.S. The role supports permitting and policy advocacy, develops community benefit plans, organizes community events, creates communications materials, responds to inquiries, and collaborates with development, construction, operations, and plant teams. Frequent regional travel is required, along with strong communication, writing, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Support procurement of owner-furnished high-voltage and solar equipment across development, construction, and operations. Manage supply planning, RFx bidding, vendor qualification/onboarding, contracting, purchase orders, invoice/logistics coordination, pricing documentation, technology assessments, and procurement reporting to enable multi-gigawatt project delivery.
