Serve as a Principal NetSuite consultant and technical account manager for assigned clients. Lead service delivery, ensure SLA adherence, manage profitability, mentor teams, advise on ERP best practices, design KPI dashboards, and coordinate global consultant teams across multiple projects.

Drive net-new business for Oracle NetSuite ERP consulting through outbound prospecting, pipeline management, discovery meetings, and executive engagement. Collaborate with solution architects and alliance partners to develop pursuit plans, coordinate demos/workshops, leverage CRM for forecasting, and support go-to-market initiatives to meet pipeline and revenue targets.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations: gather requirements, design and configure functional solutions, guide testing and training, manage data migration, advise clients on best practices, collaborate with technical teams, and provide post-go-live support while mentoring junior staff.

Lead pre-sales NetSuite solution architecture, requirements analysis, scoping, proposal and SOW development, and client presentations. Build partner and NetSuite sales relationships, co-sell, negotiate scope/pricing, and mobilize delivery teams post-sale. Support go-to-market activities, conferences, marketing content, and internal enablement while carrying sales and bookings targets.

Lead and manage up to 10 consultants to deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations. Serve as client advocate, architect, and/or project manager; run discovery, process design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with developers for custom solutions, manage scope/budget, drive client relationships, and contribute to business development and internal enablement.
