Lead technical and business development for air quality consulting: manage projects and staff, secure and maintain client work, interpret and apply regulations, prepare state and federal air permit applications, testify at hearings, represent the firm at scientific/trade meetings, and conduct site visits while mentoring junior staff.

Lead the Pacific Northwest Air Quality practice by providing technical and business leadership, managing projects and client/regulatory relationships, preparing federal/state air permit applications, interpreting regulations, testifying at hearings, pursuing business development, mentoring staff, and conducting site visits to support growth and deliver air quality solutions.

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic engineering calculations and modeling (stormwater, watershed, floodplain, streambank projects). Conduct field investigations, analyze survey and geologic data, prepare reports and design calculations, coordinate with stakeholders, support proposals, and participate in quality reviews and project delivery.

Design and analyze municipal wastewater treatment projects including conceptual and detailed design, regulatory review, design calculations, cost estimates, construction support, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination. Mentor junior staff, contribute to proposals, and apply BNR/ENR and hydraulic engineering expertise to projects.

Design and evaluate municipal wastewater treatment processes including BNR/ENR systems; perform calculations, regulatory review, cost estimates, construction support, commissioning, stakeholder communication, proposal support, and mentor junior staff. Apply engineering standards and software for hydraulic and treatment design and troubleshoot field issues.

Design and plan municipal wastewater treatment projects including data analysis, regulatory review, design calculations, cost estimates, stakeholder communication, construction support, and mentoring. Apply BNR/ENR and hydraulic engineering principles to complex wastewater assignments and support proposals and field troubleshooting.

Design and analyze municipal wastewater treatment processes (BNR/ENR), develop plans, calculations, reports, and cost estimates, review regulatory requirements, support proposals, mentor junior staff, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide construction support and troubleshooting.

Design and analyze municipal wastewater treatment systems including BNR/ENR processes; prepare design calculations, drawings, reports, cost estimates, and permit/regulatory reviews; support proposals, construction support, commissioning, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communications; mentor junior staff and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
