Analyze large-scale sensor, telematics, and IoT data to evaluate hardware performance, reliability, and field issues. Build dashboards and reports, monitor trends and anomalies, compare firmware versions, apply statistical and machine learning methods, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with engineering, product, data science, and customer support teams while helping develop reliable data pipelines and ensuring field insights inform future hardware and software products.

Support end-to-end accounting close activities, including journal entries, accruals, depreciation, reconciliations, payroll, financial reporting, fixed assets, cash applications, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and deferred revenue cleanup. Maintain general ledger accuracy, investigate variances, support GAAP and ASC 606 compliance, and ensure timely, audit-ready financial deliverables.

Serves as the technical quality liaison between manufacturing facilities and automotive OEM customers. Leads 8D investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, APQP and PPAP activities, PFMEA and Control Plan development, customer quality reporting, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement. Supports IATF 16949 implementation, authors quality documentation, trains teams, and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality stakeholders. Travel up to 25% is required.
