Build and operate the cloud backbone for an agentic AI platform, including reliable event pipelines, event routing, projections, agent-facing query interfaces, observability, and scalable storage. Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents affecting deployed units across cellular, LAN, and Linux-based systems.
