Lead the expansion of Sauce's Online Storefront and Delivery Management, crafting compelling messaging and managing product marketing initiatives across channels.

Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts through onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and referrals. Educate customers on Sauce’s platform, monitor performance metrics, resolve escalations, gather product feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and internal teams. The role is field-based in the Miami area three to four days per week and focuses on achieving customer growth and retention KPIs.
