Leads Avalere Health’s client services organization, overseeing senior account leaders, client relationships, strategic pharmaceutical marketing counsel, and cross-functional agency delivery. Owns escalation decisions, client satisfaction, brand planning, marketing solutions, revenue forecasting, staffing, utilization, margin performance, and organic growth.
