The Product Manager will own mobile product execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, release communications, customer feedback, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and design. The role requires developing technical fluency in mobile navigation, data loading, and offline synchronization while ensuring predictable releases and supporting field technicians.

Mentor engineers, lead architecture discussions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver resilient, high-quality platform capabilities supporting third-party integrations and financial workflows.

Leads architecture, development, and optimization of integration and data platforms. Responsibilities include API and service design, database optimization, observability, testing, cloud infrastructure, event-driven systems, technical strategy, engineering initiatives, mentoring, and cross-team technical leadership.

Build and operate scalable frontend applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, and customer-facing product features. Own projects from technical design through rollout, monitoring, and maintenance; improve system reliability, performance, and observability; collaborate cross-functionally; contribute to architecture decisions; mentor engineers; and use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and quality.

Build and scale full-stack product features, backend services, APIs, integrations, and user-facing applications. Own projects from technical design through rollout, monitoring, and maintenance. Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, observability, and resilience while mentoring engineers and contributing to architecture and engineering standards. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to solve ambiguous technical problems, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery.

Lead the company-wide enablement strategy across revenue, marketing, professional services, customer success, support, and AI teams. Own the BuildOps Academy, manage enablement staff, oversee Docebo LMS governance, embed AI into content and training workflows, and establish KPIs covering ramp time, certifications, productivity, customer adoption, and time to value. Partner with senior leaders and communicate progress and investment needs to executive and board audiences.

Lead the company-wide enablement strategy across Revenue, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and AI teams. Build and manage the BuildOps Academy, oversee Docebo LMS governance, develop enablement programs, embed AI into content workflows, manage enablement staff, and establish KPIs tracking ramp time, certification, productivity, customer adoption, and time to value. Partner with executives and prepare progress and investment communications for leadership and board audiences.

Drive new-logo acquisition for corporate customers (up to $50k ARR) by managing prospects through complex, multi-threaded sales cycles. Hit quota, own territory with SDR partnerships, develop account-based strategies, lead demos, use sales tech stack, forecast accurately, coordinate with partners/VARs, and collaborate across Sales, Sales Engineering, and GTM teams to scale outbound messaging and close deals.

Act as strategic HR advisor to managers and employees, driving talent management, performance processes, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, compensation support, HR metrics/reporting, and HRIS administration to align people initiatives with business goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
