Leads the implementation, execution, and go-to-market delivery of new or amended propositions. Coordinates cross-functional teams, translates strategy into operational plans, tracks post-launch performance, conducts reviews, monitors KPIs, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement. Own the monthly sales commission process, including scheme administration, commission calculations, reconciliations, control checks, reporting, and query resolution. The role works with sales and finance stakeholders to maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity, meet service levels, and improve reporting and operational processes.

Create digital content for email marketing, websites, digital banners, and social media. Support creative campaigns, apply UX, UI, accessibility, brand, and regulatory standards, and use customer insights and analytics to improve performance. Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and markets, manage multiple priorities, research design trends and technologies, improve processes, and contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing.

Manage a portfolio of SME health insurance accounts, retain and grow business, handle renewals, pricing and debt management, run customer meetings, resolve queries with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate records, monitor market activity, and support continuous improvement.
