Owns month-end close, accounting operations, board and lender reporting, external audit coordination, financial statements, internal controls, and cash management. The role builds scalable finance infrastructure, improves data integrity through AI-enabled processes, supports acquisition integration, and partners with operational leaders. It requires strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, cloud accounting experience, and progressive accounting or finance experience. The position is hybrid in Chicago and reports to the VP of Finance.

Owns month-end close, accounting operations, cash management, board and lender reporting, audit coordination, financial statements, internal controls, and finance process infrastructure.
