The VP, Corporate Securitization will lead securitization transactions, support client relationships, and perform risk analysis, requiring strong analytical skills.

Negotiate, draft, review, and analyze a broad range of trading, collateral, and financing documents (ISDA, CSA, MRAs, prime brokerage, repo, FX) across multiple counterparties and asset classes. Ensure agreements comply with internal policies and U.S. regulatory requirements (swap dealer and margin rules). Assess enforceability, negotiate key risk provisions, and collaborate with legal, risk, credit, compliance, operations, and front-office teams.

Lead and coordinate the US document negotiation team, draft, review, and negotiate derivatives, collateral, and financing documentation (ISDA, CSA, MRAs, prime brokerage, FX), resolve documentation issues with legal, risk, credit, compliance, and operations, enhance templates and governance, ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, and support a broad range of counterparties and asset classes.

The role involves originating and executing derivatives solutions for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities include trade booking, risk management, and preparing client presentations.

Provide macroeconomic research and monetary policy analysis to support US sales and trading. Produce inflation, GDP, and labor market forecasts using econometric and time-series models; write client and media commentary; analyze high-frequency data, Fed accounts, and market indicators; and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

The VP will lead the EM FX Trading team focusing on LATAM NDFs, drive client acquisition, ensure compliance, and develop trading strategies while communicating across global teams.
