Work directly with the CEO as a strategic partner and operator: run executive cadence, drive 2–4 high-priority initiatives, manage OKRs/KPIs and internal communications, triage CEO attention, capture decisions and ensure follow-through, and temporarily lead functions as needed.

Review residential mortgage loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency, investor, originator, and regulatory guidelines. Identify and resolve discrepancies, calculate income/debt/DTI/DSCR/assets, review entity documentation, perform quality control, support audits, maintain knowledge of industry and internal systems, and contribute to process improvements.

Lead pre-close and post-close operations for asset-backed facilities, manage custody and funding processes, coordinate lender submissions, monitor portfolio collateral and data integrity, partner cross-functionally, drive process improvements and automation using technology and AI tools.
