Provides broad legal support for a SaaS business, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on privacy and AI governance, developing legal playbooks, supporting corporate governance, monitoring regulatory developments, and contributing to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, HR, and other teams to manage legal risk and enable business growth.
