Own new-market penetration by researching properties/PMCs, securing meetings, pitching partnerships, onboarding partners for agents, tracking pipeline in CRM, and reporting progress to leadership. Regular property visits and independent territory strategy are required.

Owns entity and state compliance, payroll processing, payroll tax registrations and filings, tax renditions, legal request intake, outside counsel coordination, contract records, and compliance calendars. The role manages ADP payroll cycles, reconciliations, employee questions, recurring regulatory deadlines, and business process improvements across multiple states. It requires strong attention to detail, process ownership, deadline management, technology proficiency, and coordination with Finance, tax advisors, legal counsel, and external vendors.
