Leads Acadia’s People Business Partner team and advises executives on workforce planning, organization design, talent, leadership effectiveness, succession, employee relations, and organizational change. The role aligns people strategies with business priorities, strengthens PBP capabilities, clarifies operating-model accountability, uses workforce insights to guide decisions, and partners with People & Performance centers of excellence to deliver scalable solutions in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Leads Acadia’s commercial Veeva technology portfolio, including Vault CRM, MedComms, and PromoMats. Owns platform strategy, roadmaps, administration, integrations, releases, enhancements, compliance workflows, vendor relationships, and operational support. Partners with Commercial, Medical Affairs, IT, and external managed-service providers to translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage delivery priorities, oversee environments and testing, and drive continuous improvement across regulated GxP platforms.

Supports Acadia’s contracts group by reviewing, revising, drafting, negotiating, tracking, executing, and filing commercial agreements. Coordinates with legal counsel and business stakeholders, evaluates terms against company policies and master agreements, prepares legal documents, maintains contract records, and supports contract-related projects. The role requires extensive contracts paralegal experience, contract management system proficiency, and strong Microsoft Office skills in a high-volume biopharmaceutical environment.

Provides advanced administrative support to senior leaders, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, events, reports, presentations, expenses, contracts, purchase orders, and departmental budgets. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, handles confidential information, and supports operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Leads Acadia’s global tax function, overseeing tax planning, accounting, compliance, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, indirect taxes, audits, and tax forecasting. Partners with executive leadership, Finance, R&D, legal, auditors, and external advisors to manage risk, support international expansion, improve processes, and optimize tax outcomes. Directs a high-performing tax organization and ensures accurate reporting, SOX controls, regulatory compliance, and effective tax strategies globally.

Lead the enterprise AI platform and agent ecosystem, including multi-agent orchestration, reusable agent templates, self-service RAG, tool and skill registries, prompt management, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Partner with cybersecurity, architecture, governance, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, compliant AI solutions. Drive adoption through low-code tooling, mentor engineers, and shape enterprise AI strategy across commercial, medical, R&D, and corporate functions.
