The Client Support Intern will assist with day-to-day client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and help enhance client experiences using Foundant's software tools in a team-oriented environment.

Own end-to-end invoicing, collections, and cash application for a global SaaS company. Validate sales orders, apply payments in NetSuite, manage sales tax, produce AR aging reports, lead collections outreach, assist with SaaS revenue analytics and month-end reconciliations, and support regulatory reporting.

Support the Talent Acquisition team by conducting screening calls, scheduling and coordinating interviews, assisting hiring manager discovery, sourcing resumes, maintaining recruiting trackers and job templates, drafting candidate communications, and handling administrative recruiting tasks.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for foundations and nonprofits: plan, coordinate resources, run discovery and workshops, manage data migrations and integrations, validate solutions, oversee UAT, communicate with stakeholders, and transition customers to support while improving implementation processes.

Provide remote-first technical support to end users via email, phone, and online channels. Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues, document tickets in Zendesk, escalate with recommendations, test fixes, support product adoption, and occasionally travel for training (<10%).

Lead product marketing for a multi-product B2B/SaaS portfolio: positioning, GTM strategy, launches, sales enablement, messaging, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Client Success. Own written assets, gather market and competitive insights, and bring cohesion to products shaped by acquisitions while acting as an internal and external product advocate.
