Provides administrative and operational support for a wealth services business unit. Responsibilities include processing transactions, supporting sales and client relationship activities, preparing management reports and account review materials, maintaining records, coordinating tax processing, ensuring documentation compliance, and assisting with projects and committees. The role requires communication with clients and internal partners, data entry, account maintenance, and regional travel.

Processes debit and credit card disputes and chargebacks, monitors fraud, uploads new account data, maintains commercial credit card systems, reconciles suspense and general ledger accounts, researches system issues, clears unposted items, and prepares monthly management statistics. Verifies UCC filings, insurance, payment instructions, corporate documents, titles, and other collateral requirements. Approves qualifying transactions, completes booking activities, reviews amendments and rewrites, and manages process improvements and control-gap initiatives while meeting service-level expectations.

Develops and expands relationships with high-net-worth clients through prospecting, referrals, consultative sales, financial planning, retirement and estate planning, and client retention. Collaborates with wealth management specialists to deliver integrated strategies and grow the business. Requires strong relationship-building, communication, sales, account administration, and financial planning capabilities, along with a valid driver's license and regional travel.

Facilitates in-person, virtual, and blended training for banking employees; coaches learners, tracks progress, supports learning transfer, and maintains assigned curricula. The role requires expertise in teller and banker skills, service and sales models, banking systems, regulations, and compliance. It also contributes to curriculum improvements, cross-functional projects, process changes, and adult learning practices while ensuring professional development and high-quality customer and employee experiences.

Processes account maintenance requests for deposit, loan, time deposit, and safe box accounts. Updates names, addresses, statements, charges off accounts, and other account information while maintaining account integrity and quality. Works with requests from offices and the post office and follows established budgets and procedures.

Manages a treasury management client portfolio, providing cash management solutions and driving growth in fee income and deposits. Consults with commercial banking clients, identifies cross-selling opportunities, develops pipelines, negotiates terms, monitors profitability, and coordinates with internal banking teams. Builds client relationships, leads calling efforts, mentors junior consultants, and participates in community activities to expand business opportunities. Requires commercial banking and treasury management sales expertise, analytical skills, leadership, and local or regional travel.

Partners with assigned business units on recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, investigations, training, and personnel actions. Advises managers, resolves employee concerns, maintains confidential records, conducts HR audits, supports employment-law compliance, and collaborates with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Employee Development teams.

Analyzes borrower financial statements, credit data, collateral, projections, and repayment capacity to support lending decisions. Prepares credit reports, loan committee submissions, risk ratings, and problem-asset reports. Monitors existing loan relationships, supports portfolio quality reviews, assists loan officers, and ensures credit analysis complies with lending policies, banking regulations, and departmental service standards.
