Manages complex active and charged-off commercial equipment loan and lease accounts. Develops workout, rehabilitation, restructuring, bankruptcy, settlement, repossession, and recovery strategies to minimize losses and protect the bank’s interests. Monitor and investigate suspected fraudulent activity across deposits, cards, online/mobile, checks, ACH, and wires. Review alerts, contact customers, document cases in Verafin, assist recovery and law enforcement coordination, apply SOPs, and contribute to prevention and training efforts.

Provide regional support and installation of PCs, network hardware, and applications; troubleshoot technical issues; assist projects and rollouts; perform on-call, off-hours and 24x7 support; maintain procedures, documentation, and cross-train team members.
