Serve as primary client contact for financial management: oversee bill pay, cash management, payroll alignment, financial statements, monthly close, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, 1099s and year-end reporting. Coordinate with third-party providers, support audits and regulatory filings, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely, accurate client deliverables and high-quality service.

Serve as primary client contact for financial and business-management services: manage invoicing, cash flow, reconciliations, payroll, regulatory filings, and monthly financial reporting. Support year-end tax packages and 1099s, coordinate insurance and vendor issues, assist on special projects, and mentor junior and offshore staff to ensure accurate, timely deliverables and exceptional client service.

Prepare individual, trust, partnership, corporate, and S-corporation tax returns, workpapers, and year-end projections for entertainment and high-net-worth clients. Reconcile ledgers and investment/brokerage activity, assist with audits, tax notices, planning, and client advisory engagements while collaborating with internal teams and continuing technical training.
