Leads communications and IT infrastructure bed-down supporting B-21 operations at Dyess AFB. Advises Air Force and DoD stakeholders on network design, security, compliance, risks, milestones, and solutions. Manages classified and multi-level secure networks, cross-domain solutions, routers, firewalls, procedures, audits, incident response, and documentation. Systems Engineer supporting SOF AT&L’s Directorate of Science & Technology. Plans and documents engineering surveillance across design, development, and production; reviews engineering changes, waivers, deviations, and nonconforming materials; provides expert technical analysis and leadership briefings; evaluates performance trends; recommends corrective actions; and improves engineering and acquisition processes.

Supports SOF acquisition and technology programs by monitoring design, development, and production efforts; reviewing engineering changes, waivers, deviations, and nonconforming materials; analyzing performance trends; advising government counterparts; preparing leadership briefings; and recommending corrective actions and process improvements.

Leads the design, deployment, integration, and analysis of software-based testbeds and simulators in NASIC Unified Cloud environments. Plans test campaigns, evaluates system performance and interoperability, analyzes results, and delivers engineering recommendations. Coordinates with product owners, developers, and architects, while maintaining testbed backlogs and sprint progress reviews. Requires systems engineering, modeling and simulation, cloud, test and evaluation, and enterprise integration experience.

Manage lab infrastructure and provide expert systems administration across Linux and Windows servers, VMware virtualization, containers, GPU servers, NAS, and UPS systems. Deploy containerized applications in offline or air-gapped environments, apply STIGs, conduct ACAS vulnerability scans, manage offline antivirus, and resolve network access issues. The role requires U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, systems administration certifications, and 5–8 years of experience supporting DoD or similar programs.

Provides systems engineering and architecture support for digitally transforming networks, including cross-domain solutions. Responsibilities include developing complex information systems, defining future information-processing architectures, managing software and IT integration plans, supporting cloud and network engineering, and integrating networks across classification levels. The role requires collaboration with government programs and expertise in systems and network engineering, digital transformation, security, and infrastructure operations.

Reviews and tracks government technical reports for grammar, formatting, classification markings, and publication readiness. Advises authors on errors and applies report-writing guidelines. Requires intelligence reporting experience, familiarity with NASIC formats, a science or engineering bachelor’s degree, eight years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and TS/SCI clearance. This is an on-site position at Wright-Patterson AFB and is contingent upon contract award.
