Develop and support ServiceNow solutions for government communications missions. Build workflows, wireframes, dashboards, repeatable processes, and user experiences while implementing ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules. Collaborate with government DevOps teams and support ServiceNow operations across air-to-ground gateways, integration laboratories, and security operations environments. Configures, monitors, troubleshoots, upgrades, and replaces LAN/WAN infrastructure, gateways, integration lab systems, and security tools. Performs network installations, transitions, compliance reporting, trend analysis, and STIG implementation in coordination with DoD cybersecurity organizations. Requires U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, DoD experience, networking certifications, and on-site work at Scott Air Force Base.

Supports NASIC with complex IT systems architecture, software development, cloud engineering, database design, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, and systems integration. Defines architectures and integration plans, develops workflows for large intelligence datasets, supports prototyping and software quality assurance, and presents technical briefings to senior stakeholders. The role is onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB and requires U.S. citizenship, a Top Secret/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and five years of relevant federal IT experience.

Supports IT systems architecture for NASIC, including complex information systems, software development, cloud engineering, database design, network security, infrastructure operations, and integration planning. Defines future information-processing architectures, develops workflows for large intelligence datasets, supports prototyping and software quality assurance, and presents technical briefings to senior customers. Provides expert oversight and technical leadership across C5ISR and IT programs supporting NASIC. Directs cost, schedule, and performance; manages requirements, acquisition documentation, contract deliverables, obligations, risks, and interagency collaboration. Leads intelligence R&D technical exchanges, supports GEOINT, MASINT, and FME initiatives, and presents briefings to senior customers. Manage and oversee all contractor and subcontractor activities for a HAF/A10 contract. Develop program management plans, work breakdown structures, SOPs, staffing matrices, quality control plans, operating procedures, and milestone schedules. Compile monthly status reports and lead in-progress reviews with government stakeholders. Translate user requirements into project plans while managing personnel and coordinating with USAF and Department of Defense leadership.

Provides Tier 2 network engineering support for classified and unclassified Executive Airlift Communications Network systems supporting U.S. Government and military missions. Configures, monitors, troubleshoots, upgrades, and replaces LAN/WAN infrastructure, gateways, and integration lab systems. Maintains network security and monitoring tools, performs STIG compliance activities, supports installations and cutovers, analyzes performance, and coordinates with government engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

Manage Tools and Techniques projects using Agile methodologies, coordinating technical syncs, milestones, demos, performance metrics, dashboards, and knowledge bases. Support program managers, translate project data into actionable customer insights, and administer collaboration platforms including Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.

Provides Tier 1 network support for U.S. Government airborne command and communications systems, Air-to-GIG Gateways, integration labs, and security operations centers. Responsibilities include coordinating network requirements, administering Microsoft Active Directory networks, monitoring systems with SolarWinds, troubleshooting, and supporting Air Force network operations and security organizations. This is a full-time, on-site role at Scott Air Force Base and requires a TS/SCI clearance.
