Lead complex systems engineering and scientific teams supporting NASIC. Conduct research and development for command-and-control and IT systems, guide specialized facility and infrastructure design, evaluate emerging technologies, assess implementation impacts, and brief senior customers. The role requires extensive DoD or government systems engineering experience, technical knowledge across hardware, software, binary data, and networking, and support for intelligence community missions.

Supports SOF acquisition programs by developing requirements, acquisition and procurement documents, funding worksheets, spend plans, technical evaluations, and program briefings. Coordinates with government counterparts and user communities, analyzes requirements, addresses program bottlenecks, allocates resources, and updates policies and procedures to maintain compliant program execution. The role requires extensive federal acquisition experience, DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency, a bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI eligibility, and 25% travel.

Designs and documents current and future hybrid cloud storage architectures, data flows, governance standards, and migration plans for secure NASIC storage modernization. Coordinates with stakeholders, supports cloud-native storage design, identifies risks, develops migration posture reporting, and ensures solutions address security, operational, and enterprise architecture requirements.

Provides senior-level acquisition support for government technical leads procuring hardware, software, and services. Responsibilities include defining acquisition requirements and strategies, developing bills of material, preparing acquisition packages and justifications, obtaining vendor quotes, supporting market research and pricing analysis, tracking ISS-related contracting actions, and producing monthly acquisition posture reports.

Provides Tier 3 network engineering and support for U.S. Government airborne communications networks, gateways, integration labs, and operational sites. Responsibilities include network design, configuration management, troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, testing, server maintenance, backups, security compliance, VoIP support, documentation, scripting, monitoring, and integration of new transport capabilities. Supports Air Force and Navy mission systems across multiple locations and assists with baseline configuration, fault tolerance, and system performance optimization.

Develop and support ServiceNow solutions for government communications missions. Build workflows, wireframes, dashboards, repeatable processes, and user experiences while implementing ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules. Collaborate with government DevOps teams and support ServiceNow operations across air-to-ground gateways, integration laboratories, and security operations environments. This is a full-time, on-site role at Joint Base Andrews supporting a contingent contract award.

Performs DoD acquisition financial execution, accounting, budget execution, contract closeout, funding authorization, reconciliation, financial analysis, reporting, and compliance support for SOF AT&L programs. Manages Tri-Annual Reviews, obligations, expired funds, classified funding portfolios, and financial systems. Provides customer training, maintains contract and execution records, develops metrics and reports, and supports fiscal year-end closeout activities.

Provides Tier 2 network support for classified and unclassified Executive Airlift Communications Network systems supporting U.S. military missions. Configures, monitors, troubleshoots, upgrades, and replaces LAN/WAN infrastructure, gateways, integration lab systems, and security tools. Performs network installations, transitions, compliance reporting, trend analysis, and STIG implementation in coordination with DoD cybersecurity organizations. Requires U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, DoD experience, networking certifications, and on-site work at Scott Air Force Base.

Supports NASIC with complex IT systems architecture, software development, cloud engineering, database design, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, and systems integration. Defines architectures and integration plans, develops workflows for large intelligence datasets, supports prototyping and software quality assurance, and presents technical briefings to senior stakeholders. The role is onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB and requires U.S. citizenship, a Top Secret/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and five years of relevant federal IT experience.
