Lead turbomachinery design and product development: perform FEA, rotordynamics and hand calculations; select components/materials; approve manufacturing drawings; support aftermarket, startup, commissioning, root-cause analyses, cost reduction, vendor and customer integration, and development of standardized engineering deliverables and tools.

Lead mechanical engineer responsible for turbomachinery design and analysis (FEA, rotordynamics, hand calculations), directing design strategy, mentoring engineers, approving drawings, supporting aftermarket/root cause analysis, collaborating with customers, and improving tools, processes, and cost competitiveness.

Lead aerodynamic design strategy and methods for turbomachinery, perform CFD and analytical design (75% hands-on), mentor a team of four aero engineers, advance aerodynamic tools and performance prediction, support product development, testing, commissioning, and customer projects worldwide.

Provide contracting support for gas sales agreements by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, administering, and executing contracts; act as liaison between law and commercial teams; implement and train on AI and contract technologies; lead legal training; support dispute resolution, surcharge matters, and process improvements.

Sell microbulk and small-bulk cryogenic industrial gases to B2B customers across healthcare, life sciences, food, metals, and industrial markets. Prospect and acquire customers through outreach and cold calling, meet revenue and profit targets, set up and onboard accounts, track interactions and sales metrics, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor market and competitor activity.

Lead global learning and capability development by partnering with business leaders and HR to design, deliver, and evaluate leadership, professional, and workplace learning programs. Facilitate workshops, manage vendors and learning technologies, measure program impact, support change initiatives, and ensure scalable, locally relevant solutions across geographies.

Provide on-site administrative support at the Decatur, AL facility: phone and visitor handling, scheduling, document and presentation preparation, filing, event coordination, purchasing, SAP invoice processing, shipping and billing, time reporting for drivers, new-hire onboarding coordination, and maintenance of safety training records.
