The role is based onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina, and requires 30–60% regional and national travel to industrial, municipal, and water/wastewater sites.

Oversee industrial automation and control-system projects from contract review through delivery and closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, invoicing, forecasts, risks, change orders, quality, safety, and customer relationships. Coordinate engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders; prepare technical specifications and reports; support proposals and maintenance contracts; mentor team members; and ensure projects meet customer expectations, profitability goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Design, program, test, and commission relay- and PLC-based control panels and systems. Manage projects from design through field startup, perform electrical sizing and short-circuit analysis, develop PLC/HMI applications and testing procedures, provide technical support to customers, and coordinate with production, procurement, and project management to meet schedule, quality, and budget targets.
