Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI) and Node.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full SDLC, write testable code, troubleshoot and improve system performance, and contribute to architectural and process improvements.

Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams; present and iterate on designs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead systems analysis for complex integration initiatives in the brokerage/finance domain. Gather and document requirements, create user stories and process flows, evaluate system designs, provide middleware/API/backend technical analysis, mentor junior analysts, and drive resolutions across concurrent initiatives within an Agile environment.

Design and enforce architecture and engineering best practices for Azure-based microservices. Create solution artifacts, ensure code quality (CI, testing, reviews), containerize and deploy services to Azure (AKS/Docker), integrate cloud storage/databases/security, and provide technical leadership for GenAI/RAG and API ecosystems.

Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams. Define scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and KPIs; monitor progress; manage stakeholders; enforce quality and process improvements; mentor project managers and drive program-level reporting and performance.
