Lead and mentor Regional Operations Managers overseeing vehicle and facility inspections. Ensure policies, SLAs, and quality standards are met; hire, train, and support inspectors; collaborate with sales, scheduling, product, and quality teams; analyze data to improve capacity and consistency; handle customer feedback and serve as field POC and reserve inspector.

Lead and coach a Customer Support team to resolve customer inquiries and escalations, establish KPIs, manage workforce and performance reporting, improve processes, and partner cross-functionally to enhance the contact center experience.

Lead and mentor regional operations managers and inspectors to meet inspection SLAs and quality standards. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and field audits; collaborate with sales, product, and quality teams. Use data to identify trends, improve capacity and consistency, handle customer feedback, and serve as a point of contact and reserve inspector to support regional needs.

Analyze customer lifetime value, retention, and campaign performance; build input/output and financial models; create automated reports and visualizations; drive insights to optimize revenue and manage related projects and process improvements.

Oversee regional inspection and audit operations, hire and manage FTE and contract inspectors, ensure policy and SLA compliance, collaborate with sales and product teams, train and mentor staff, perform field inspections 1-2 days per week, and act as reserve inspector to address capacity gaps.
